Florida State<\/a> is set to have quite a few visitors on Saturday in Tallahassee. In addition to 2028 athlete Dion Edwards<\/a> being on campus, 2027 athlete Dayon Cooper announced on social media that he will also be in attendance.<\/p>\n

“I will be back @FSUFootball tomorrow,” Cooper wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Cooper took his first trip to see FSU in early March. He also has a multi-day official visit<\/a> set for June 5-7. In late March, Cooper mentioned Florida, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt are pushing the hardest<\/a> to land his commitment at moment.<\/p>\n

That’s pretty impressive from FSU’s standpoint. They didn’t offer Cooper until February, which means they’ve made major moves in his recruitment in a short amount of time.<\/p>\n

Cooper has taken snaps at quarterback, wide receiver, and cornerback throughout his high school career. Florida State is recruiting him as a cornerback.<\/p>\n

Saturday will be a massive opportunity for the Seminoles to establish themselves as the top contender for Cooper.<\/p>\n
