Specifically, plans call for a three-story building with a parking garage and eight units, along with a two-story building with three units. <a href=\"https:\/\/stpeterising.com\/home\/11-unit-apartment-building-approved-for-bartlett-park-in-south-st-pete\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">St. Pete Rising<\/a> reports that homes would range from studio to two-bedroom units, measuring 308 to 734 square feet. Amenities would include space for bicycle storage and nine parking spots, one more than the required eight.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-39169\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Screenshot-2026-04-05-at-7.15.57-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"437\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The historic Bungalows in the Burg will be replaced with two apartment buildings. Image from Google Earth<\/p>\n<p>As noted, Coral Development is the developer. The firm has owned the 0.23-acre build site since 2022. The site is designated as NSM-1 (Neighborhood Suburban Multifamily), meaning that under normal circumstances, the developer would be limited to building just three units. Yet, because the site historically hosted 11 units, the limitation was waived.<\/p>\n<p>Coral Development intends to spend $2 million to make its 11-unit development possible. Storyn Studio for Architecture designed the venture.
