Florida prosecutors in Tiger Woods\u2019 DUI case<\/a> want all the records connected to the medications the golfer takes \u2013 including any driving warnings that came on pill bottles, a new court record shows.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors in Martin County Florida said they will issue a subpoena to Lewis Pharmacy on April 22 for information about every prescription drug the crash-prone golf great was given including whether they were accompanied by any warnings against \u201coperating a motor vehicle while taking the prescription,\u201d a court filing shows.<\/p>\n

The subpoena also includes any driving warnings that came on pill bottles, a new court record shows.<\/p>\n

The state\u2019s attorney\u2019s office want to know the \u201cdate and time prescription was filled, type of prescription, number of pills in each prescription, the dosage amount, and all special instructions,\u201d the document shows.<\/p>\n

They want records about meds issued to Woods from Jan.1 through March 27 \u2013 the date of his most recent DUI arrest after he rolled his Range Rover SUV and clipped a truck<\/a> he was trying to pass near his Jupiter Island home.<\/p>\n

The notice, filed by Assistant State Attorney Nirlaine Tallandier Smartt Tuesday, gives Woods\u2019 side 10 days to object to the subpoena the office plans to serve on the pharmacy, which is based in Palm Beach.<\/p>\n

The 50-year-old golf champion was arrested at the scene after he failed a field sobriety test<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The breathalyzer test didn\u2019t show any signs of alcohol, but he refused a urine test at the time and admitted to taking \u201ca few pills.\u201d<\/p>\n

And two hydrocodone pills were found in Woods\u2019 pocket, according to a police report.<\/p>\n

Woods was arrested for DUI on March 27 after striking a truck and flipping over his Range Rover near his home in Jupiter Island, Fla.\u00a0 AP<\/p>\n

He told cops at the time that he was \u201clooking down at his cell phone and changing the radio station,\u201d when the crash occurred.<\/p>\n

Body camera footage of the arrest also showed Woods bragging about having just chatted on the phone with President Trump<\/a>. Woods is dating Vanessa Trump, the mom of five of the president\u2019s grandkids.<\/p>\n

Woods has gotten into four car crashes since 2009 including a wreck that saw him arrested for driving under the influence in 2017. He took a plea deal in that case.<\/p>\n

He pleaded not guilty to one DUI count and one count of refusing a urinalysis test in the arrest from last month and said in a social media post \u201cI know and understand the seriousness of the situation I find myself in today.<\/p>\n
