It designed ArtHaus to feature a seven-story parking podium with 315 spaces, along with 4,700 square feet of commercial space. \u00a0The building\u2019s communal amenities would be located on the eighth floor, featuring a resort-style swimming pool, lounge, and co-working space.<\/p>\n<p>As noted, Moderno Development Group is the developer. The firm assembled the build site through multiple transactions from 2018 to 2021 for a combined $6.7 million.
