Tammy Humphrey, Senior Director at Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP) has successfully completed the 2025-26 Fellowship for Talent Development<\/a>, a national program led by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) Foundation.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n The six-month fellowship equips chamber professionals with the tools and strategies needed to strengthen local talent pipelines and address workforce challenges. Participants gain a deeper understanding of their regional talent ecosystems and develop actionable solutions to support economic growth.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are proud to recognize this exceptional group of chamber leaders for completing the Fellowship for Talent Development.\u201d<\/p>\n ACCE President & CEO Sheree Anne Kelly <\/p>\n \u201cThrough their work, they have moved beyond learning to action, developing strategies that address workforce challenges, strengthen regional talent pipelines and drive long-term economic prosperity in their communities,\u201d\u00a0said ACCE President & CEO Sheree Anne Kelly. <\/p>\n As part of the program, Humphrey designed a regional action plan focused on Employer Led Career Pathways.
