LUCIE, FL \u2014 Morning Munch, a new fast-casual breakfast and brunch caf\u00e9, is preparing to open at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps?q=10764+U.S.+Rte+1%2C+Port+St.+Lucie%2C+FL+34952&amp;ref=businessdebut.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">10764 U.S. Rte 1, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952<\/a>. Owner Maria DeAguila told Business Debut the team is targeting a November 21 opening, with a fallback plan to open shortly after Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n<p>What to Expect<\/p>\n<p>Morning Munch will offer a New England\u2013inspired menu built around breakfast sandwiches served on house-made breads. DeAguila\u2019s daughter-in-law will bake Portuguese and Kaiser rolls, bagels, and other pastries on site. The caf\u00e9 will serve a range of double-egg sandwiches with bacon, ham, or sausage, along with extras such as avocado, hash browns, and tater tots. Guests can also find baked goods like muffins, scones, croissants, turnovers, cake pops, and seasonal cookies.<\/p>\n<p>The coffee program will feature Farmer Brothers Coffee and its S &gt; 1 (Sum One) line, including several brewed flavor options beyond traditional blends. Cold brew, lattes, and iced teas will also be available, along with local Natalie\u2019s juices and bottled drinks.<\/p>\n<p>Seating will be limited to a few small tables and bar stools, with most orders prepared for takeout. \u201cWe\u2019re bringing a bit of that New England breakfast style down here,\u201d DeAguila told Business Debut.<\/p>\n<p>Menu and Vision<\/p>\n<p>DeAguila draws on more than 30 years in the caf\u00e9 and donut business, including building a Connecticut franchise before relocating to Florida. \u201cI didn\u2019t want to work for someone else\u2014I wanted to bring our own twist to breakfast here,\u201d she told Business Debut.
