ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) \u2014 Calling all adrenaline junkies and thrill-seekers, a rare chance to experience one of the world\u2019s most extreme sports close-up is coming to Tampa Bay this summer.<\/p>\n

Red Bull is bringing its Cliff Diving World Series to the Sunshine City, offering residents the opportunity to see world-class athletes dive from platforms reaching up to 90 feet.<\/p>\n

The competition starts in Bali, Indonesia, before stopping in St. Pete and continuing on to Copenhagen, Denmark; Mostar, Bosnia & Herzegovina; Polignano a Mare, Italy, and wrapping up in Muscat, Oman.<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n Breeze Airways discounts flights to 24 destinations from Tampa International Airport <\/a><\/p>\n The 24 athletes will dive from platforms built above the iconic St. Pete Pier, reaching up to 70 feet for women and 90 feet for men.
