President Trump blamed the Biden administration\u2019s lax immigration policies for spurring the release of a deranged Haitian migrant who allegedly bludgeoned a Florida mother to death<\/a> in broad daylight \u2014 and shared horrific footage of the attack.<\/p>\n

Rolbert Jaochin, 40, allegedly beat the 51-year-old mother of two with a hammer and left her to die in the parking lot outside a Chevron gas station in Fort Myers Friday morning, according to court records viewed by The Post.<\/p>\n

Trump shared a lengthy post Thursday on Truth Social<\/a>, calling out the \u201canimal\u201d responsible for the grisly killing.<\/p>\n

Rolbert Jaochin, 40, is accused of striking the 51-year-old woman multiple times, leaving her to die in a Fort Myers, Florida, parking lot. <\/p>\n

In the same post, he included an uncensored clip of the attack, calling it \u201cone of the most vicious things you will ever see.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cTo my fellow Republicans, and frankly all Common Sense Americans, NEVER FORGET that Joe Biden and the Democrat Party turned the United States of America into a dumping ground,\u201d Trump seethed.<\/p>\n

Joachin was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and criminal damage to property on April 2, 2026.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlease say a prayer for this innocent woman\u2019s family. We will ensure quick and severe JUSTICE is served in this case!\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

The president noted that he wouldn\u2019t recommend watching the 20-second footage capturing the victim\u2019s last moments, but thought he \u201chad an obligation to put it up so that people can see what Democrats are protecting.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the harrowing video, Jaochin can be seen pounding the windshield of a black SUV in the gas station parking lot before the victim, an employee of the gas station, walks out of a nearby storefront and says something indiscernible to him.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The woman was found by first responders outside the convenience store, not breathing, lying in a pool of blood around her head, according to documents obtained by The Post. <\/p>\n

The alleged monster shouted something back while storming over.\u00a0As he approached the mother, he jumped up and\u00a0whacked her in the face with a hammer, the clip shows.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She fell back onto the sidewalk, lying face up and prone as he bludgeoned her six more times, the stomach-turning footage shows.<\/p>\n

He then stepped over her body and fled as if nothing had happened, according to the video.<\/p>\n

President Trump posted a message on Truth Social that, \u201cWe will ensure quick and severe JUSTICE is served in this case!\u201d Truth Social \/ @realDonaldTrump<\/p>\n

The victim was pronounced dead on that same sidewalk not long after. First responders found her there, lying in a pool of her own blood, according to the court documents.<\/p>\n

Jaochin was swiftly taken into custody that same day after several officers recognized him from previous encounters.<\/p>\n

He reportedly confessed to the senseless murder. He was charged with homicide, criminal mischief, and damage of property over $1,000.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jaochin came to the US in August 2022 and was granted Temporary Protected Status, according to DHS. Fort Myers Police Department<\/p>\n

Police haven\u2019t publicly identified the victim or disclosed a motive.<\/p>\n

The Haitian native arrived in the US in August 2022 and was released into the country by the Biden administration, which had granted him Temporary Protected Status, according to the\u00a0Department of Homeland Security.<\/a><\/p>\n
