Here’s what roads will be closed for the event, in effect from 1 p.m. to midnight:Southeast 47th Terrace will be closed as follows:From Southeast 9th Place to Vincennes Boulevard: Closed to all automobiles excluding motorcyclesFrom Southeast 9th Place to Southeast 11th Place: Closed to all motor vehiclesThe city says that motorists should expect traffic delays in the downtown area and should plan ahead and use alternate routes. They add that recommended detours include Southeast 46th Lane, Vincennes Boulevard and Southeast 47th Street.Motorcycle parking will be available in the Thunder Zone, located at 4631 SE 10th Place.
