He is linked to an explosion in Esparto, California, that killed seven people last July.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\">Seven people have been arrested in connection with the deadly fireworks explosion. Chee is currently behind bars, facing 16 felony charges, including murder. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\">The arrests were carried out under a warrant issued by Yolo County, California. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\">Channel 9 will have additional updates live at noon.
