One of the victims did not survive, police said. Their identities weren&#8217;t released.<\/p>\n<p>No one is in custody and the investigation continues, authorities said. <\/p>\n<p>Drivers should be aware that though the scene has cleared, streets may be closed around the event as the barricades are picked up, police said Monday morning. <\/p>\n<p>The roadway should reopen &#8220;momentarily,&#8221; police said.<\/p>\n<p>Taste of Miami Karnival is a &#8220;daylong cultural program blending Caribbean cuisine, visual art and live performance,&#8221; according to the official website of greater Miami and Miami Beach.<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
