One of the best things about life in St. Pete is the ability to live, work and play in paradise. Reasonable options for private office space are limited for entrepreneurs and small businesses, but one of the spots making the balance possible is COHatch St. Pete. <\/p>\n

The I Love the Burg team has been working out of COHatch since the day they opened just a couple years ago, and the convenience of the location mixed with the professional amenities available has made it a fantastic outpost for us. Housed inside the historic Harlan Hotel at 15 8th Street North, COHatch is located half a block off Central Avenue, about 20 yards from a SunRunner stop, and two blocks from City Hall. It\u2019s in the thick of the action, but also in a spot where finding street parking is actually easy.<\/p>\n

The building has three full stories of private offices, meeting rooms, and cowork spaces, as well as a podcast studio, phone booths, two kitchens, wifi throughout, and even mail services. Utilities are included, and they even have office supplies and printing\/copying services. Whatever resources you need, they have them. And we can attest that the spaces are quiet, clean, and orderly. They run an organized ship, and it makes for an enjoyable and professional work environment.<\/p>\n

There are a handful of office spaces currently available. They come in different sizes, and all of them are customizable to your business, team and needs. For peace of mind, they are lockable, and members have secure, 24\/7 access. Night owls can work into the wee hours and feel safe doing so.<\/p>\n

And when you\u2019re done working, you\u2019re surrounded by great food, drink, shopping, and nightlife. I can personally vouch for the temptation that comes with walking by Guac and Cheese Mexican Grill on the way in and out. There are multiple coffee shops around the corner too, though the free coffee and tea in the kitchens always hits the spot for us.<\/p>\n
