\n\tThe Houston Rockets forward and his wife, Stephanie, are making a clean fast break from South Florida<\/a>, parting ways with their seven-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath home. The property had been listed for $16.4 million. The buyer, represented by Dennis Carvajal of ONE Sotheby\u2019s International Realty, remains undisclosed, while Toni Schrager of Brown Harris Stevens represented the seller.<\/p>\n

\n\tGreen, who has played for 11 NBA teams over an 18-season career, won an NBA championship with the Denver Nuggets in 2023. He\u2019s far from the only pro drawn to the area. David Ortiz listed his Pinecrest home<\/a> for $11.5 million last year, while athletes from Jimmy Butler<\/a> to Lamar Odom have put down roots in the neighborhood. Miami Heat star Tyler Herro paid $10.5 million for a 9,500-square-foot mansion there in 2022, and MLB pitcher Luis Severino followed last summer with a $10.7 million purchase of a one-acre estate under construction.<\/p>\n
