According to FCSO, they were hiding in a bedroom, and one of the victims could not leave the home because they were bedridden.Deputies were able to escort the victims out of the home through the lanai. The deputies then made contact with Cichowski.Cichowski was taken into custody and arrested after surrendering to deputies.
