Neal Dunn became the latest member of Florida\u2019s congressional delegation to back U.S. Rep. Byron Donalds for <a href=\"https:\/\/floridapolitics.com\/archives\/747039-time-to-look-to-the-future-byron-donalds-talks-governors-race-new-york-mayoral-battle\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Governor<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Panama City Republican praised his House colleague as he became the 16th member of Florida\u2019s House delegation in Donalds\u2019 corner. Dunn noted President Donald Trump also <a href=\"https:\/\/floridapolitics.com\/archives\/722308-run-byron-run-donald-trump-all-but-endorses-byron-donalds-to-be-next-florida-governor\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">endorsed<\/a> the Naples Republican.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cByron Donalds will be an outstanding America First Governor for all Floridians. I have seen first-hand Byron\u2019s commitment to commonsense conservative leadership and his ability to get things done,\u201d Dunn said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cByron will stand up for our veterans, support law enforcement, and ensure that every Floridian feels safe and has the opportunity to live the American Dream. Rick Scott, a <a href=\"https:\/\/floridapolitics.com\/archives\/749666-courage-and-conviction-rick-scott-formally-endorses-byron-donalds-for-governor\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">former Governor<\/a>, and from U.S. Reps. Aaron Bean, Vern Buchanan, Kat Cammack, Mar\u00edo Diaz-Balart, Randy Fine, \u00a0Mike Haridopolos, Scott Franklin, Laurel Lee, Anna Paulina Luna, Brian Mast, Cory Mills, John Rutherford, Mar\u00eda Elvira Salazar and Daniel Webster.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On top of that, <a href=\"https:\/\/floridapolitics.com\/archives\/758327-making-florida-great-15-sheriffs-endorse-byron-donalds-for-governor\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">15 Florida Sheriffs<\/a> have also endorsed Donalds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Right now, Donalds faces former House Speaker Paul Renner and seven other Republicans in a GOP Primary. Democrat David Jolly and four other Democrats are running. Speculation continues whether another major Republican, such as Lt.
