Wynwood isn\u2019t exactly lacking in places to eat<\/a>, but it is about to get one of Miami\u2019s most ambitious dining setups yet.<\/p>\n

Opening this Friday, April 17, Casa Tua Cucina Wynwood<\/a> is taking over a sizable footprint inside the NoMad Residences Wynwood, bringing the brand\u2019s open-kitchen, all-day dining concept to one of Miami\u2019s fastest-growing neighborhoods<\/a>. The new space spans 13,500 square feet indoors, plus a 5,000-square-foot terrace, with room for about 400 guests.<\/p>\n

At its core, Casa Tua Cucina is more like a stage set for food. The entire concept revolves around an open, highly visible kitchen, where chefs prepare everything in full view, making the act of cooking a critical part of the experience.\u00a0The Wynwood location follows the runaway success of the original Brickell outpost, which serves roughly 3,000 guests a day (yes, daily) and has become one of the highest-grossing restaurants per square foot<\/a> in the country.<\/p>\n

The new space is organized around 10 distinct stations, meaning you can bounce between fresh pasta made to order, wood-fired grill dishes, crudo and sushi, pizza and panini and a full aperitivo-style bar. There\u2019s also a produce-forward station for lighter fare, plus dedicated spots for gelato, coffee, bread and desserts. If you\u2019re the type of diner who struggles to commit to one cuisine (or have a very hard-to-please friend group), this is very much your place.<\/p>\n

Like the original, the Wynwood outpost will also include a mercato stocked with imported and house-made products, from olive oils to sauces, so you can attempt to recreate the experience at home.<\/p>\n

The new location will be led by Chef Mirco Delle Donne and Alessandro Caporale and will operate daily from 9 am to 11 pm, walk-ins only.<\/p>\n

And if this expansion feels ambitious, it is. More Casa Tua Cucina locations are already in the works, including stops in Boston, Brooklyn and Los Angeles, where the brand is set to anchor part of the massive One Beverly Hills development<\/a>.
