TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Tallahassee International Airport and part of College Avenue could get new names, at least, honorarily. <\/p>\n
On Tuesday, Gov. Ron DeSantis signed off on a transportation bill full of road designations<\/a>. <\/p>\n In it, part of College Avenue between FSU\u2019s campus and Monroe will be renamed after former FSU president John Thrasher. <\/p>\n More Tallahassee news:<\/p>\n Tallahassee International Airport will now honor legendary Head Coach Bobby Bowden with signage outside the airport. <\/p>\n \u201cI think his players probably were more involved in their community during their professional career, after it, if they didn\u2019t have a professional career, then any coaches, players I can think of in my lifetime.
