PETE BEACH, FL \u2014 Tennis champion Mike Bryan, a former world No. 1 doubles tennis player, has put his St. Pete Beach home on the market for just shy of $2.6 million, according to a Coldwell Banker Realty news release. <\/p>\n<p>His waterfront property at 151 Punta Vista Drive offers \u201ca rare blend of architectural significance, lifestyle design, and waterfront resilience,\u201d the real estate company said. <\/p>\n<p>The three-bedroom, two full and one partial bathroom estate is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coldwellbankerhomes.com\/fl\/saint-pete-beach\/151-punta-vista-dr\/pid_70631414\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">listed by Johane Bucaille<\/a>, broker associate and team leader of LA BELLE VIE Signature Group with Coldwell Banker Realty.<\/p>\n<p>The home, designed in 1991 by architect Eric Lindstrom, has a form that\u2019s often compared to a sailboat, according to its listing.
