The Jacksonville Sheriff’s office says that Mingo was last seen on Tuesday evening on Roth Drive near Cleveland Road at 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has reported a 70-year-old man missing on Tuesday evening.<\/p>\n

JSO says the man, Mingo Rollins, was last seen on Tuesday at around 7:30 p.m. on Roth Drive near Cleveland Road.<\/p>\n

Mingo reportedly has dementia, according to the sheriff’s office. He is 5’8, weighs 120 pounds, and has brown eyes and “salt and pepper” hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with blue horizontal stripes, black pants, a black beanie and black slides.<\/p>\n
