PETERSBURG, Fla &#8211; What was once a quiet, nearly-forgotten church tucked inside one of St. Pete\u2019s oldest neighborhoods is now stirring with new life \u2014 and the smell of fresh produce, baked goods and handmade art.<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">The Treehouse Sanctuary, located inside the historic Euclid Methodist Church on 13th Ave. North has reopened its doors to the public for the first time in decades.<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.foxtv.com\/static.fox13news.com\/www.fox13news.com\/content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/932\/524\/vlcsnap-2025-07-27-13h49m38s199.jpg?ve=1&amp;tl=1\" alt=\"\" data-v-0dea8073=\"\"\/>   <\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">Each Sunday through at least August, its sanctuary will transform into an indoor farmers market \u2014 filled with local vendors, neighbors, and plenty of community spirit.<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/vlcsnap-2025-07-27-13h48m11s952.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-v-0dea8073=\"\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"WTVT\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">What they&#8217;re saying:<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">&#8220;We fell in love with the church, and it is like a money pit,&#8221; said owner Noam Krasniansky, who took on the massive restoration effort with his wife, Irene. &#8220;Through sheer strength and sweat and a lot of work, and almost going bankrupt, we are working to save it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">The Krasnianskys say every vendor fee collected at the market goes straight back into church repairs \u2014 which are still significant. They estimate needing at least $100,000 for urgent fixes like the roof and aging windows. But as a registered nonprofit, they\u2019re now eligible to apply for grants. And with neighbors volunteering their time and skills \u2014 from painting to plumbing \u2014 the couple says the dream is more alive than ever.<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">Noam, a seasoned entrepreneur who has appeared on Shark Tank\u00a0and started multiple startups, says this project is unlike anything he\u2019s done before.<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">&#8220;I\u2019ve been in all kinds of businesses. Crypto. Shark Tank. But in the last two years here in St. Pete, I\u2019ve made more friends than I\u2019ve made in my entire life,&#8221; he said. &#8220;We\u2019re glad we put down roots here \u2014 and welcome you to Treehouse.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">READ: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox13news.com\/news\/restauranteurs-goal-his-customers-leave-feeling-happy-visited\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Restauranteur&#8217;s goal: his customers leave feeling happy they visited<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">The church\u2019s original sanctuary has been reimagined as a spiritual gathering space \u2014 with plans for grief groups, breathwork, yoga and other healing-centered events. The first wedding is already booked for September, and Noam and Irene hope to celebrate a full grand reopening on the church\u2019s 100th birthday: Thanksgiving Day, 2026.<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">Oh \u2014 and they\u2019re also baking cinnamon rolls.<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">The couple\u2019s upcoming bakery project, dubbed &#8220;Holy Buns,&#8221; will sell scratch-made treats with proceeds going straight to the restoration fund.
