Fabian Joseph Rutherford now faces multiple felony charges, including trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and fleeing and eluding law enforcement.<\/p>\n

The headline number comes from how charges are counted. Court records show 30 separate counts of possession of a harmful new legend drug without a prescription, meaning individual items can be charged separately rather than treated as a single offense.
