\tCity of St. Petersburg Hosting Open House for Residents to Learn More About Historic Gas Plant Redevelopment Proposals on April 30<\/p>\n
April 14, 2026 \u2013 Members of the public are invited to learn more and ask questions about submitted proposals for the Historic Gas Plant District redevelopment project at an open house on Thursday, April 30, at The Coliseum (535 4th Ave N).<\/p>\n
The open house will begin at 5 p.m. and is an opportunity for attendees to meet the four shortlisted developers and view their proposals. Proposals can be found at stpete.org\/gasplant<\/a>.<\/p>\n Developer presentations will start at 6 p.m. A Q&A session will follow the presentations.<\/p>\n Developers presenting include:<\/p>\n Ark Ellison Horus LLC Light refreshments will be provided.
