The lawsuit alleges that while she was eating, the restaurant&#8217;s ceiling collapsed and an AC unit struck part of her head. The child was not injured during the incident.According to the lawsuit, the restaurant owner had actual notice of the need to repair the ceiling for at least two years before the incident. The owner had multiple violations of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration\u2019s Food Code. The lawsuit also highlights a repeat violation for damaged and missing ceiling tiles.The legal filing accuses the owner of: Permitting dangerous and unsafe conditions.Failing to maintain the premises free of a dangerous condition.
