Prices will start in the low $2 millions.<\/p>\n<p>Located near Northlake and Panther National boulevards, the exclusive gated enclave will provide an elevated living experience in one of the area\u2019s most desirable places to live.<\/p>\n<p>Buyers will have a choice of four floor plans that will be built on 80-foot lots. Home sizes will start from 3,200 square feet under air with three to five bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and three-car garages.
