{"id":234682,"date":"2026-04-16T19:54:08","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T19:54:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/234682\/"},"modified":"2026-04-16T19:54:08","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T19:54:08","slug":"investor-with-illinois-ties-buys-fort-myers-building-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/234682\/","title":{"rendered":"Investor with Illinois ties buys Fort Myers building"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"h935650-p1\" class=\"permalinkable\">An industrial property off of Interstate 75 near Enterprise Parkway in Fort Myers has sold.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h935650-p2\" class=\"permalinkable\">The 22,557-square-foot building at 5719 Corporation Circle was bought by a trio of LLCs all with ties to an address in North Barrington, Illinois, a village about 40 miles northwest of Chicago.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h935650-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">(Two of the LLCs show it in state records as a mailing address and one of them shows it as a principal address.)<\/p>\n<p id=\"h935650-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">The North Barrington address belongs to L.B. Andersen &amp; Co., a leasing and property management firm specializing in industrial, office and retail space.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h935650-p5\" class=\"permalinkable\">The LLCs paid $4.4 million, according to LSI Cos which helped broker the sale.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h935650-p6\" class=\"permalinkable\">The previous owner was Rogan Amalgamation in Naples. It paid $872,500 for the building in 2001, according to Lee County property records.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h935650-p7\" class=\"permalinkable\">LSI\u2019s Justin Thibaut, represented the buyer and the firm\u2019s Adam Bornhorst and Derek Bornhorst represented the seller.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"An industrial property off of Interstate 75 near Enterprise Parkway in Fort Myers has sold.
