PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA)\u2014 A fight between two people at a gas station left one shot, the St. Petersburg Police Department said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Officers responded around 1 a.m. to the parking lot of a Mobil gas station at 1750 34th Street North regarding a person shot.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">According to SPPD, Anthony Oliver, 41, and DeAndre Randolph, 29, were in a verbal altercation when Randolph hit Oliver in the head with a cinder block.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">After being hit in the head, Oliver used a firearm and shot at Randolph.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Both sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">According to officers, Randolph was arrested for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Oliver was arrested and charged with a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
