Florida\u2019s roster for the 2026-27 season is starting to line up. With Alex Condon officially coming back<\/a>, there aren\u2019t too many question marks left as to what the Gators will look like next year.<\/p>\n

But there are still a couple of loose ends that need to be cleaned up, and this is Florida\u2019s roster in alphabetical order, and what their status is for next season.<\/p>\n

Florida\u2019s roster is starting to take hold<\/p>\n

Denzel Abderdeen –\u00a0Who says you can\u2019t come home? After transferring to Kentucky and being the face of the modern era of college basketball by taking a huge paycheck with the Wildcats, Abderdeen is transferring back to Florida<\/a>, assuming he gets cleared for a 5th season of eligibility.<\/p>\n

AJ Brown\u00a0– Injuries prevented him from playing this past season, but the Orlando native did opt to come back for another season and could make a push to be in the rotation next season. Prior to Florida, AJ Brown was a prolific three-point shooter at Ohio<\/p>\n

Isaiah Brown\u00a0– Isaiah Brown could wind up creating a deadly duo with his brother AJ next year. Isaiah Brown did get big minutes down the stretch of this past season and should see an uptick in minutes for the 2026-27 season.<\/p>\n

Rueben Chinyelu\u00a0– More and more it feels like Rueben Chinyelu is going to come back to Gainesville, and having the national Defensive Player of the Year return is better than anyone Florida could get out of the portal.<\/p>\n

Alex Condon\u00a0– Most mock drafts pegged Alex Condon as a mid-second round pick, so in the end, it\u2019s not shocking he opted to come back for one more year. His return could also create one of the greatest frontcourts modern college basketball has ever seen.<\/p>\n

Boogie Fland\u00a0– Fland didn\u2019t even hesitate and was one of the first to announce he was coming back for the 2026-27 season. His play will need to improve, but hopefully, with a healthy offseason, he can morph into the player Gator fans thought they were getting when he first transferred to Florida.<\/p>\n

Micah Handlogten\u00a0– If Micah Handlogten winds up getting an extra year of eligibility, it won\u2019t be with Florida, as he opted to hit the transfer portal.<\/p>\n

Thomas Haugh\u00a0– The longer it drags on, the longer it feels like there is some form of a chance that he returns to Florida next season. We started out feeling like there was no way he would come back, but mock drafts have been sliding him down the boards<\/a> just enough that the door is open to return.<\/p>\n

CJ Ingram\u00a0– The Florida legacy didn\u2019t play much this past season, and we\u2019ve assumed he would return. But it should be noted that he hasn\u2019t actually made an announcement as to what he plans for next season.<\/p>\n

Cooper Josefsberg\u00a0– The walk-on hasn\u2019t announced his plans yet, but we would assume he comes back for one more go at it.<\/p>\n

Urban Klavzar\u00a0– The sharp shooter is coming back for another go of it, but given one of the other roster moves that Todd Golden made it\u2019s hard to see Klavzar being a starter for 2026-27<\/p>\n

Alex Kovatchev\u00a0– The Sacramento State transfer wasn\u2019t seen much this season, but he did announce this week he was coming back for another go at it. It\u2019s hard to envision much of an increased role next season.<\/p>\n

Xaivian Lee\u00a0– In theory, Xaivian Lee is out of eligibility. But with the NCAA floating around its five-year plan, who knows if there is a backdoor way for Lee to stick around if he wanted to.<\/p>\n

Alex Lloyd\u00a0– He came in as a highly touted freshman but didn\u2019t see much playing time this past season. He will be back, and we\u2019ll see if he breaks into the lineup or not.<\/p>\n

Viktor Mikic\u00a0– If all of Florida\u2019s big men come back, the odds of Mikic seeing playing time is low. He has not actually announced whether or not he will be back next season.<\/p>\n

Olivier Rioux\u00a0– Now that it seems obvious Florida\u2019s front court is coming back, there wasn\u2019t going to be a pathway for Rioux anyway. Combined with just not being an SEC-level center, he opted to hit the transfer portal.<\/p>\n
