The caller said they followed the car to a residence, and that a man then parked the car and exited the vehicle, stumbling slightly.Officers interviewed multiple witnesses who all said they saw an older model white van reverse and hit the left rear bumper of a car parked in a parking spot. The van then continued to reverse, hitting two more cars before driving away, the arrest report said.Officers made contact with the suspected driver of the van, identified as Bruce Olsen, 72, who told officers he had been involved in an accident earlier in the day, the report said.
