\n\t\t\t\t\t\tA Cape Coral man was arrested on April 12 after being accused of crashing into three parked cars and leaving the scene.According to the Cape Coral Police Department arrest report, officers responded to reports of a hit-and-run that occurred in the area of Southeast 9th Place and Southeast 47th Terrace at around 6:41 p.m.The caller told officers that their parked car had been hit by a man, who then drove off. The caller said they followed the car to a residence, and that a man then parked the car and exited the vehicle, stumbling slightly.Officers interviewed multiple witnesses who all said they saw an older model white van reverse and hit the left rear bumper of a car parked in a parking spot. The van then continued to reverse, hitting two more cars before driving away, the arrest report said.Officers made contact with the suspected driver of the van, identified as Bruce Olsen, 72, who told officers he had been involved in an accident earlier in the day, the report said.
