That’s when the victim got up but Andesron pushed him down, pointed a gun at him and demanded the victim perform sex acts. The victim was able to get away but was chased around the home before running to a neighbor’s home. Documents say the neighbor spoke Spanish, so the victim took off running down the street and ended up at a business a mile away, where he called his mother for a ride share to get home. Second victimDeputies early Thursday morning responded to a gas station on University Boulevard in reference to sexual battery on a 20-year-old. The victim told deputies the two were at Andesron’s home after he picked her up. While at Andesron’s home, the victim said she was forced onto his bed and had a gun pointed at her, according to an arrest document. The victim said Andesron told her to undress and demanded they have sex.The victim told Andesron she was unable to do anything with a gun pointed at her. When Andesron went to put the gun away, the victim ran toward the door and was eventually able to get away after a brief struggle.The victim told deputies she thought Andesron was going to kill her if she didn’t do what he said. Arrest after standoffCourt documents say that while deputies were attempting to make contact with Andesron, he “willfully and knowingly opposed deputies by attempting to drive away and ramming into deputies\u2019 vehicles.” As deputies “tactically parked Tony\u2019s vehicle,” he continued to drive away “by pushing his gas pedal, which allowed his vehicle tires to continue spinning.” Andesron resisted deputies for 40 minutes.Andesron caused major damage to a deputy\u2019s vehicle, which had to be towed from the scene, OCSO said. He is being held on no bond.
