A few showers are possible this afternoon as our first front pushes across the Sunshine State.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" data-id=\"1635821\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1_bfef45.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1635821\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>The strongest cold front so far this Fall will sweep across South Florida on Thursday. Behind it, it will feel amazing with low humidity and lots of sun. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1_c996f5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1635818\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Highs will dip in the 70s for Halloween and lows will fall into the lower 60s with 50s inland!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1761652813_767_6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1635819\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Gorgeous weather will continue through this weekend and into early next with cool and clear mornings, and warm &amp; sunny afternoons.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" data-id=\"1635820\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/2_991edb.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1635820\"  \/>Tropical Update<\/p>\n<p>The big story today is Hurricane Melissa.<\/p>\n<p>As of this morning, Melissa remains a catastrophic Category 5 hurricane with 175 MPH winds. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" data-id=\"1635823\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1_7c65e2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1635823\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Melissa is forecast to being a historic hurricane strike to Jamaica later today. Life-threatening flooding and mudslides, hurricane force winds, and storm surge will cause widespread devastation across the Island Nation.<\/p>\n<p>Melissa is forecast to be the strongest hurricane to ever hit Jamaica as a Category 5 hurricane today.
