The hotel is near St. Johns Town Center, Jacksonville\u2019s beaches and the University of North Florida, 3H said in a statement<\/a>. It features a market, about 600 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor patio with firepit and grill, self-service laundry and a fitness studio.<\/p>\n Chattanooga, Tennessee-based 3H Group is led by President and CEO Hiren Desai, and Dothan, Alabama-based LBA Hospitality is led by President Beau Benton.<\/p>\n \u201cJacksonville continues to be an important and growing market and we\u2019re proud to open another Hyatt Studios property in a location that supports a range of travel needs,\u201d said Benton. \u201cThis hotel reflects the strength of our partnership with 3H Group and our focus on delivering well-positioned, high-quality hotels for today\u2019s traveler.\u201d<\/p>\n It is the third Hyatt Studios location developed by 3H Group and operated by LBA, extending their collaboration in the extended-stay segment.
