TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) \u2014 White Castle is expanding in Florida, with plans to build three new locations.<\/p>\n

On Friday, the fast-food hamburger chain announced plans to build a new location in St. Augustine at the intersection of International Golf Parkway and St. John\u2019s Parkway.<\/p>\n

The new location will feature\u00a0a\u00a02,764-square-foot restaurant with two drive-thru lanes.<\/p>\n

The St. Augustine location will be the\u00a0fifth\u00a0free-standing White Castle in Florida\u00a0and the first in Northeast Florida.<\/p>\n

White Castle previously announced plans to build locations in Kissimmee and Daytona Beach. Those locations are scheduled to open before the St. Augustine location.<\/p>\n

White Castle currently has locations in Clermont and Orlando. The Orlando location is the largest White Castle in the world.<\/p>\n
