TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Because of dry, warm and breezy weather on Saturday, some spots have an Elevated fire danger. <\/p>\n
Saturday Forecast<\/p>\n
This \u201ccopy and paste\u201d weather pattern will continue for one more day. <\/p>\n
We are dry and warm on Saturday. Highs climb into the upper-80s under a mix of Sun and clouds. <\/p>\n
Because of the dry weather and the breezy wind, we are tracking an Elevated fire danger across the region. As a result, we have a Fire Weather Warning in place from 11 a.m. through 8 p.m. Outdoor burning is not recommended. <\/p>\n
We stay quiet for Saturday night. Clouds begin to increase as our next weather system knocks on the door. Lows settle in the low-60s. <\/p>\n
Keeping Tabs On Sunday\u2019s Cold Front <\/p>\n
A cold front will sweep across the Big Bend and South Georgia on Sunday, and this should finally bring some changes to the forecast. <\/p>\n
This system is weakening as it enters our neck of the woods, so the moisture isn\u2019t terribly impressive. However, we should see a few showers to end the weekend under a partly sunny sky. <\/p>\n
A heads up, the wind will be breezy on Sunday. We could see winds up to 25-30 mph at times. Highs hover in the upper-70s for many locations. <\/p>\n
We are turning drier and cooler for Sunday night under a clearing sky. Lows settle in the low-50s to upper-40s in some areas. <\/p>\n
Next Week <\/p>\n
Behind this front, the forecast is looking drier, cooler and breezier for early next week. <\/p>\n
Highs on Monday top out in the low-80s under a mostly sunny sky. Again, we could see winds up to 25-30 mph. Lows dip into the upper-40s by Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n
Tuesday is looking dry and partly cloudy. Temperatures reach the low-80s, with lows in the low-to-mid-50s. <\/p>\n
