There’s an early 20th-century poem that contains a line to the effect of, “The universe will unfold as it should.” Sometimes, though, it comes full circle and a Southside Jacksonville home, sold in March for $875,500, illustrates that concept in more ways than one.<\/p>\n
The seller, Gareth Paul Cox, was just the third owner of the home off Atlantic Boulevard in six decades. He purchased the 2,335-square-foot home (located at 1649 E.
