signed in November 2025<\/a>, expands the club\u2019s long-standing presence at the park and will develop a facility designed to house all of Orlando City SC\u2019s teams \u2014 including Orlando City, Orlando Pride, Orlando City B, and the Orlando City Academy.<\/p>\nThe County and the Club committed to a combined investment of at least $50 million in the renovations at Osceola Heritage Park, encompassing the Orlando Health Training Ground, Osceola County Stadium, and mixed-use developments \u2014 including a hotel and a brand-new, freestanding restaurant.<\/p>\n
When the agreement was first announced, fans made clear they were ready to welcome more Orlando City and Orlando Pride activity to Osceola County.<\/p>\n
\u201cSoccer is in our blood,\u201d one fan said. \u201cThere are a lot of Hispanics and Americans who love soccer, so it would be huge.\u201d<\/p>\n
Local businesses are also watching the development closely, particularly with the addition of a nearby hotel expected to drive new customer traffic to the area.<\/p>\n
Nail technician Jennifer Ruiz works nearby at Raysa\u2019s Beauty Salon and said the changes could be a game-changer for her and neighboring businesses.<\/p>\n
\u201cSounds pretty good, it will bring more people to the area,\u201d Ruiz said.<\/p>\n
\u201cHaving our hotel there will definitely help bring people in if they need their hair done for anything or their nails done \u2014 even with the barber, if the guys need anything.”<\/p>\n
The Osceola County Board of Commissioners is scheduled to meet tonight at 5:30 p.m. to vote on releasing the initial $25 million in tourist tax revenue to the soccer club.<\/p>\n
