I am going to stab you 17 times until you have no blood left. You won\u2019t even see it coming. And Yes I just threatened your kids,\u201d Rowlett wrote in a text message, according to a BSO deputy\u2019s arrest report. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Rowlett also allegedly told the victim that he would slit his throat and stab him 13 times so he would bleed to death, according to the deputy\u2019s report.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cRowlett became upset after the victim refused to provide him with money to go to the Hollywood Casino to gamble,\u201d a deputy wrote, according to the report. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Broward prosecutors filed a case against Rowlett on Friday on a second-degree felony charge of intimidation-written threat to kill or injure.
