The Houston-based homebuilder will develop homes in Hillcrest, Morris Bend and Two Rivers, communities developed by Eisenhower Property Group. The projects add new single-family housing in an area that continues to attract residential development and population growth.<\/p>\n
Perry Homes will offer a range of single-family floor plans in each community, with layouts designed for flexible living and updated finishes.<\/p>\n

Company officials said Tampa remains a key market, citing strong demand and continued in-migration.<\/p>\n
