The driver of the third vehicle, a Mustang, fled the scene but was eventually arrested. According to FHP, the dark-colored Mustang entered the center lane from the left, colliding with the front of an SUV.The impact caused the SUV to move over and enter the right lane, directly into the path of a semi-truck, troopers said.As a result, the semi-truck shot across the southbound lanes of I-75 and overturned onto its right side. The semi-truck came to a stop partially in the grass median, blocking all three southbound lanes.The driver of the semi-truck was killed, FHP said.Video shows the driver of the Mustang briefly stopped after the collisions but fled the scene southbound on I-75.
