The terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Ashley Wilson\" class=\"media-element file-default fr-fic fr-dii\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/wilson_t850.png\" title=\"Ashley Wilson\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Ashley Wilson<\/p>\n<p>Special to the Daily Record<\/p>\n<p id=\"h938025-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">According to the release, Pritchard will serve as the agency\u2019s new owner and CEO, bringing 15 years of experience at companies such as LinkedIn, Meta and Twitter, the former name of X. The acquisition \u201cmarks a notable milestone for Jacksonville\u2019s growing community of tech and marketing professionals,\u201d the release states.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h938025-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">Pritchard will lead Olivine remotely from Jacksonville Beach after a trial leadership period that began in fall 2025. Olivine remains primarily based in San Francisco.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h938025-p5\" class=\"permalinkable\">Olivine says on olivinemarketing.com that it supports B2B SaaS companies, which stands for business-to-business software as a service. Examples include Salesforce, HubSpot and Slack. Companies still need real expertise and strategic thinking. That\u2019s the work Olivine has always done well, and my goal is to build on that foundation while continuing to take great care of the team and clients.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"h938025-p8\" class=\"permalinkable\">Olivine was founded in 2016 by Ashley Wilson and later scaled with co-founder Raechel Lambert.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h938025-p9\" class=\"permalinkable\">According to the release, Wilson and Lambert approached Pritchard about buying the company after both of them left to start other ventures.
