Erik Martin after an early-morning collision near Doral late last year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">According to an arrest report from the Miami-Dade Sheriff\u2019s Office, deputies responding to the crash at Northwest 72nd Avenue and 47th Street around 6 a.m. on Dec 30, 2025, found Martin \u201cunsteady on his feet, with (bloodshot) watery eyes and slurred speech\u201d and detected the odor of alcohol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Local 10 obtained video that shows MDSO deputies arriving to the crash scene. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">A garbage truck can be seen pushed off to the side of the road following the collision.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Ahead of it is Martin\u2019s truck, with visible front-end damage as investigators work to determine what led up to the crash.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">In the video, deputies can be seen speaking with Martin, 45, and asking if he is OK.
