“As you walk in past a 12-foot water feature, you look straight through to the back through 40-foot-wide sliding glass doors that open up to a patio unimpeded by columns,” says Terry Paterson, CEO and founder of Paterson Project Management, Inc., the home’s builder and club’s developer.

“The views are truly unobstructed, which is unheard of.”

Completed in 2023, the never-lived-in residence, which was staged by Michael Gray Interiors & Design Inc., boasts floor-to-ceiling glass walls and expansive windows to capture the breathtaking views while also providing a seamless transition to the outdoor living area.

Luxurious details include bespoke lighting, custom finishes, a private elevator, imported tile, a sculptural floating staircase, and a gourmet chef’s kitchen with professional-grade appliances. There is also a sauna, fitness center, an in-ground pool with spa, and a putting green.

The lavish primary suite spans the entire north wing and features dual spa-inspired bathrooms, an executive office, boutique-inspired wardrobe rooms, and a sky deck for soaking in the panoramic waterfront views.

Outdoors, an “entertainment-ready” lanai overlooks the pool and spa.

The stunning contemporary also features more than 160 feet of no-wake frontage along with an industrial-grade boat lift, and deep-water dock designed to accommodate a private yacht.

“You can park a 150-foot yacht outside the house with nobody coming flying by to wreak havoc on your sea wall,” Paterson noted. “The way the T-dock is built, it juts out wide, offering a private mini marina where you can also protect all water sports equipment on the inside of the dock.”

While the property is located in a no-wake area, it does have easy and fast access to a high-speed zone.

“It is just 10 minutes from the Intracoastal to the Hillsboro Inlet,” he noted. “If you are a boater, I don’t know of a better home. Because of this mini marina, there is nothing like it.”

Listing agent Jacqueline Feldman of One Sotheby’s International Realty agrees with Paterson that the estate is a true unicorn.

“It is the crown jewel of Lighthouse Point,” Feldman said. “The buyer is going to be someone who absolutely loves the water, the dockage, and the serene Zen privacy.”

For the yachting enthusiast who is seeking privacy, the nearly half-acre exclusive lot does not have any neighbors in sight.

“The way the home is built is incredible,” she added. “To have a home like this within that neighborhood is the cherry on top.”

On Thursday, April 23, the property will host an exclusive, invite-only “High Seas, Private Tide” event with a special guest appearance from Captain Kerry Titheradge from Bravo’s “Below Deck” to showcase the property’s growing trend of luxury living combined with marine lifestyle.
