Still, the breeze made for a comfortable Earth Day, and daytime temperatures were running about 5-degrees cooler than average.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Blog-1-10.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1698536\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Along with mild temperatures, quiet conditions remain intact.  The proof can be seen in the satellite \u2013 radar view (shown below). <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Blog-3-12.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1698537\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Despite some passing clouds over the Peninsula, most spots are dry.  This Drier trend isn\u2019t expected to last too much longer, though.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Blog-2-10.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1698540\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Notice (on our Moisture Tracker) there\u2019s a stark division between Dry Air and Moisture, south and west of the state.  The moist plume from the Gulf and Caribbean will expand by late Thursday and Friday.  The result?  Rain showers along with the chance for scattered thunderstorms.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Blog-4-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1698542\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Notice the Friday weather map (above) and the setup for wetter conditions.  We\u2019ll find a \u201cFlorida merger\u201d taking shape as moisture links with a lingering Front.  Meanwhile, High Pressure retreats deeper into the Atlantic.  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/7_d4b7cc.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1698543\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Finally, it\u2019s noteworthy that warmer air is forecast to build back.  Over the next few days we\u2019ll tap into increasing warmth and humidity from the tropics.  As such, temperatures are forecast to get well into the 80\u2019s by early next week.  Some inland locations will probably even reach 90-degrees with enough sunshine.
