THIS IS NEAR CHIQUITA BOULEVARD AND JACARANDA PARKWAY. THIS HAPPENED LAST JUNE. BUT POLICE RECOVER THAT VIDEO FROM THE PHONE OF JANE CAMPTON WHO THEY SAY RECORDED IT. THEY ARRESTED ALL 3 OF THESE TEENS LAST WEEK. The police department says a Honda Civic was taken from a home and that a second vehicle had been broken into. Investigators say the key fob had been left inside the stolen vehicle.After officers responded to a vehicle fire on June 23, 2025, near Chiquita Boulevard and Jacaranda Parkway, investigators said the burning vehicle was the stolen Honda Civic from the day before.On June 27, 2025, a police officer conducting traffic enforcement in northwest Cape Coral pulled over a speeding vehicle for a traffic stop. During the stop, police searched the vehicle and found a stolen handgun. The police department says Landin Lee Ahrens, Jaydin Chase Kempton and Ahren M. Edelman were inside the vehicle.Investigating further led to a search warrant for Kempton&#8217;s phone. Detectives found video evidence showing Ahrens and Edelman setting the stolen vehicle on fire, while Kempton recorded what happened.
