The Irish-American restaurant is <a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2025\/11\/finnegans-universal-florida-closed-most-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">closed<\/a> through the rest of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Finnegan\u2019s Refurbishment<a data-fslightbox=\"1\" data-type=\"image\" aria-label=\"Open fullscreen lightbox with current image\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/uor-usf-finnegans-facade-04.23.2026-1812-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1920\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/uor-usf-finnegans-facade-04.23.2026-1812-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Finnegan's Bar &amp; Grill at Universal Studios Florida has been gutted and part of the facade torn down.\" class=\"wp-image-1416545\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Since it <a href=\"https:\/\/wdwnt.com\/2026\/01\/signage-for-the-closure-of-finnegans-bar-grill-at-universal-studios-now-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" aria-describedby=\"external-link-warning\">closed in early January<\/a>, green construction walls decorated with posters have gone up around the Delancey Street side of Finnegan\u2019s (around the corner from Revenge of The Mummy). \u201cOh Shucks! We\u2019re closed through 2026\u201d signs are also on the walls. A Finnegan\u2019s sign remains hanging from the building but it\u2019s dirty from construction.<\/p>\n<p><a data-fslightbox=\"1\" data-type=\"image\" aria-label=\"Open fullscreen lightbox with current image\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/uor-usf-finnegans-facade-04.23.2026-1811-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1920\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/uor-usf-finnegans-facade-04.23.2026-1811-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Finnegan's Bar &amp; Grill at Universal Studios Florida has been gutted and part of the facade torn down.\" class=\"wp-image-1416546\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Over the walls, we can see that much of the facade has been torn down and the interior gutted. Green decorative elements remain on the walls, but they no longer frame windows and doors.
