JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013 Jacksonville rapper Hakeem \u201cKsoo\u201d Robinson, sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Charles \u201cLil Buck\u201d McCormick Jr. and who also pleaded guilty in the killing of another local rapper, has been transferred to Okaloosa Correctional Institution as of Wednesday.<\/p>\n
After he was sentenced to life in prison<\/a> in October 2025, Robinson was brought into the RMC (Reception and Medical Center) Main Unit in Lake Butler, Florida, public records showed.<\/p>\n Additionally, Robinson\u2019s confinement status remained listed as \u201cnot eligible for regular visits.\u201d <\/p>\n Previous coverage on Hakeem \u2018Ksoo\u2019 Robinson pleading guilty to the 2019 murder of \u2018Lil Bibby\u2019 can be read below.<\/p>\n Months after he and his cousin were sentenced to life in prison for the 2020 murder<\/a> of 23-year-old Charles \u201cLil Buck\u201d McCormick Jr., Hakeem \u201cKsoo\u201d Robinson<\/a> pleaded guilty to the death of another fellow Jacksonville rapper.<\/p>\n In the separate murder charge, Robinson admitted to fatally shooting 16-year-old Adrian \u201cLil Bibby\u201d Gainer Jr<\/a> at the Hilltop Village apartments on Feb. 25, 2019 — exactly seven years ago Wednesday.<\/p>\n Officers found Gainer\u2019s body in the parking lot of the apartment complex<\/a> after a 911 call that February afternoon.
