They lost a chance to add another re\u0301sume\u0301\u2011boosting win and get live reps before returning to SEC play. But the unexpected break also gives a heavily used roster valuable rest before another demanding road series.<\/p>\n Offensively, A&M continues to look nearly unstoppable<\/a>. The Aggies are averaging 8.4 runs over their last five SEC contests and lead the conference in on\u2011base percentage. Defensively, they\u2019ve been just as sharp, fielding at a .983 clip despite starting two true freshmen in the infield and shifting multiple veterans into new roles.
