NEW YORK \u2014 Rapper Offset was shot just more than two weeks ago \u2014 but he\u2019s not letting that stop his hustle.<\/p>\n
The former Migos rapper was shot the night of April 6 in the valet area of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, according to the Seminole Police Department. In the immediate aftermath, he was rushed to the hospital, where he recovered for several days.<\/p>\n
During a recent appearance on the “Creators Inc. Podcast,” Offset revealed that a bullet struck his hip, though it did not prevent him from taking the stage in Arkansas just five days later. He performed while sitting in a wheelchair and a large armchair at Rowfest<\/a> on April 11.<\/p>\n \u201cPeople get shot every day.<\/a> You got to keep pushing. Like Energizer Bunny, man. Keep this s\u2013 pushing,\u201d he began. \u201cThe show don\u2019t ever stop at the end of the day.\u201d<\/p>\n Offset added that he felt \u201cblessed\u201d to be on the mend,<\/a> emphasizing that he did not plan on slowing down despite his gunshot wound.<\/p>\n \u201cThe grind don\u2019t stop bro.
