ORLANDO, Fla. \u2014 Florida Puerto Rican Parade and Festival<\/a> returns to downtown Orlando on Saturday, April 25, marking the event\u2019s 10th anniversary with a day of music, culture, community celebration, and economic messaging tied to Puerto Rico\u2019s future.<\/p>\n

Puerto Rican Pride Parade <\/p>\n

Organizers said this year\u2019s theme is \u201cBuild the Future in Puerto Rico,\u201d with activities dedicated to Yabucoa<\/a>, known as \u201cLa Ciudad del Nuevo Amanecer,\u201d or \u201cThe City of the New Dawn.\u201d<\/p>\n

The annual parade and festival were created to celebrate Puerto Rican heritage while recognizing contributions made by Puerto Ricans in business, health care, music, science, sports, arts and government throughout Florida and beyond.<\/p>\n

Organizers say parade activities will take place throughout the day Saturday, with festival programming and live entertainment beginning in the morning and continuing into the afternoon.<\/p>\n

After the parade, the celebration shifts into the downtown festival, where organizers expect thousands of attendees from Central Florida, other U.S. cities and Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n

The family-friendly festival features live music, local performers, exhibitors and cultural displays designed to celebrate Puerto Rican heritage across generations.<\/p>\n

Organizers say more than 100 exhibitors are expected, including corporate sponsors, artisans, food vendors, painters, craft makers and businesses offering products tied to Puerto Rican culture.<\/p>\n

Festival programming also includes musical performances and celebrity appearances throughout the day.<\/p>\n

Organizers say the festival has grown into a destination gathering that helps strengthen cultural connections while highlighting Puerto Rican contributions across Florida and beyond.<\/p>\n
