Harris Teeter and its liquor store are being built between Academy Sports + Outdoors and LA Fitness.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h938829-p5\" class=\"permalinkable\">A geometry plan shows the additional infill retail space at 4,699 square feet divided into three units.
