PMG is launching sales for its planned One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences, a mixed-use condo tower that includes deeded office suites with each unit.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The planned 40-story tower will have 467 furnished units, and follows the sellout of PMG\u2019s first One Twenty Brickell Residences at 120 Southwest Eighth Street, according to a news release. PMG, which is based in Miami and led by Ryan Shear, Dan Kaplan and Kevin Maloney, secured a $413 million construction loan<\/a> for the two-tower project in April of last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n The developer tapped Sieger Suarez Architects and interiors firm Cotofana Designs to design the tower. Units in One Twenty Brickell Signature will range from studios to three-bedrooms, the release shows. The tower will have 50,000 square feet of amenities, including a residents\u2019 lounge, fitness center, spa facilities, pool and a cafe and juice bar, the release shows.<\/p>\n Each unit will include a deeded office suite, an arrangement that was also included in the first One Twenty Brickell tower<\/a>. The offices will be spread across several floors of the tower, the release shows.\u00a0<\/p>\n It\u2019s the latest in a string of sales launches from PMG in Miami, where the developer has a stacked pipeline of condo projects in the works. In February, the firm launched sales for its planned supertall Delano Residences Miami<\/a>, a 90-story, 421-unit project and the first branded residence for the historic Art Deco Miami Beach hotel.<\/p>\n In January, PMG teamed up with Lndmrk Development to launch a Frida Kahlo-branded short-term rental-friendly condominium<\/a> in Wynwood, a two-building planned condominium with 244 units.<\/p>\n Brickell has been a hotbed for luxury condo development in recent years.
